Dette skal vi gjøre

We´ll meet at the park and have a full tai chi class for one hour, consisting of three parts: warm-ups, qi gong working with breath and energy, and tai chi short form which is a sequence of movements that comes from martial arts. We´ll finish the practice by sharing a cup of hot herbal tea.

A tai chi class is a great way to start your day. It´s perfect for beginners or people who haven´t practised any sports for a long time.

I´ll bring a thermos with herbal tea and reusable cups. Let me know if you have a preference for the type of tea.

Just wear comfortable clothes, preferably somewhat stretchy, as well as sport shoes.
