This workshop is great fun and is a practical introduction to vegan cheese making and chutney making. We will make be making cheeses, chutneys, coconut yoghurt & kefir & sampling yummy homemade bread!

Food
Homemade cheese tasting session with vegan cheeses, chutneys, pickles and jams and homemade sourdough breads -sweet & savoury
Drinks
Tea, herbal teas, cafetière coffee, homemade hot chocolate and infused water will be available throughout the workshop.
Equipment
All cheese making equipment will be provided for you to use at the workshop as well as full notes & recipes to take home.

Comfy clothes and shoes
Bag to take cheese samples and yoghurts home with you
Empty jam jars for samples if you have any. Otherwise we have temporary containers for you to take home.
