You'll start by having a welcome tea in our Manrique style reception area while Antonio explains what you'll be cooking on that day. Then, you'll be handed your apron and head to our kitchen to start preparing the sangria you'll be drinking during the experience. Then you'll make your very own paella rice on your cooking station.
