I have been hula hooping for just under 2 years! I have used all types of hoops including weighted hoops, HDPE, Polypro, and LED light up hoops. I started hooping for my mental and physical health and fell in love immediately. Dette skal vi gjøre

We will begin by stretching then we will start with learning how to hoop around our waist to get comfortable. Then we will transition into learning basic off body tricks such as isolation, chest rolls, basic weaves, and escalators. *If you do not know what any of this means please do not worry, I didn't know what this meant when I first started either*.

Hooping is defiantly something that takes a lot of practice and repetition of moves so determination is something that is necessary. Having a positive can do attitude is needed as well!
