In this online experience, I start by sharing about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.

First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.

I am also happy to offer other meditations, such as meditation with a candle or mirror, Qigong, Sutra copying, and counting meditation, one of the basic Zen practices.

I've been a Buddhist monk for nearly 20 years. I worked in Shitennoji Temple for 12 years as a monk, doing zen meditation. I have been doing guided meditations for Airbnb guests for five years, welcoming nearly 4,000 guests.

I believe meditation is one of the best ways for people to find a better life via a healthy body and mind.

It's first time for me to take meditation class in English. However, host perfectly leads me to do participate the class. Anyway It was an valuable experience and hope to do it again :)

Suzuki is a wonderful host. He made a great introduction to the meditation and how to live in the present moment. The most important thing for me is to proceed with his meditation daily to be able to learn the art of being in the present moment and control unnecessary thinking.

Incredible Airbnb experience. We did this as a team event and we all came out so rejuvenated and relaxed with a new perspective on meditation and breathing.

the experience was a good simple introduction to meditation concepts, followed by trying chanting meditation. Suzuki-san gave very easy to understand explanation. I asked him questions and learnt useful advice from him, which I could apply right after that in my daily life.

For my team, I selected a mediation as a way to wrap up and unwind after a very productive third quarter. Glad that I did! The feedback was universal that we all felt both relaxed and energized after going through Kuniatsu Suzuki's mediations. Highly recommended as a team activity to refresh and refocus together.
