We'll be delving into our subconscious through paint, helping us to understand where emotions live in our body. After a short explanation of how the various colours and shapes affect us, we do several very quick works on paper in acrylic feeling into whichever of 6 primary emotions chosen. As a professional artist I create healing paintings in which a good deal of attention is focused on energy and emotions. I will be hosting this experience exclusively in my private working studio where the emphasis on high vibration is tangible. Expect there to be paintings in various stages of completion scattered about.
