Dette kommer dere til å gjøre
Join others in a hands-on experience surrounding an actual brewing session. You’ll learn about the ingredients, recipe creation, craft beer science & terminology, and the necessary activities to correctly perform each step. An all-grain brewing session reveals the mysteries of the mashing process to create fermentable wort. Once we have successfully boiled and hopped our creation we will go over sanitation, fermentation methodology and storage. The experience is about 3-4 hours long with flexibility for further exploration of topics and equipment.

Born and Raised in the Oregon Willamette Valley, I have always been surrounded by plentiful hops, grain, and craft brewers. Not too long ago I left my roots and toured Germany for 6 months finding the roots of some famous German beers. Soon after I moved to Portland and found my ultimate hobby of brewing beer and cloning some of my favorites recipes. I have also volunteered many hours helping my local brew supply shop with their training classes and recipe formulations.

I will have all of the equipment and ingredients setup and ready to go for us to begin your experience as soon as you get here. We will be in the open air on my property with access to a restroom.
