We will meet in East LA, and spend our time eating tacos at three of the very best authentic taco spots in the city. All three spots will offer different styles of tacos from different regions of Mexico and Central America. I will explain to you the various types and styles of tacos we will be eating, and you get to try all of them and pick your favorite!

We will go to three of the best, most authentic taco spots in LA! All the stops demonstrate different cooking styles and traditions. You will have the chance to eat some of the best tacos you'll find anywhere. The neighborhood we will be in, Boyle Heights, is a hub of Mexican and Latin American culture, and is dense with delicious food from all over the world. Most tourists do not see this area, but it is a huge part of what makes LA special.
