You'll be engaging in a part bootcamp style workout & instructional class. I'll be walking you through the basics of calisthenics. You'll be learning the break down of a muscle-up, front lever, pull-over, and other various beginner calisthenics moves. The iconic muscle beach on Venice beach. There is a sandpit just west of the muscle beach gym. Inside the pit, there are several pull-up bars, olympic rings, and climbing ropes.
