Om verten din

I have always been passionate about endurance sports and continue to improve and learn all i can about this subject. I help deliver, running and triathlon camps in Portugal. Continue to compete at an elite level in running and multi sports having been to the Ironman word Champs in Hawaii and have a passion for the outdoors, training and nutrition.

Dette skal vi gjøre

We will meet at Clapham Junction Station and discuss what sort of run you would like to do & any objectives. We can then either set of from there or jump on the train for 5 - 10 mins to a starting location. Once we start the run we will meander through the streets and parks of South London or head along the river taking in the sights and sounds. All the time discussing your running and training…

Always good to take a light windproof top for before and after that can be tied around your waist or popped in a pack. Plus a travel card and some cash/card just in case.

Locations available are to head along the river on an out & back going up one side of the Thames and down the other taking the local sights or we can hit the parks starting at Battersea Park then making our way to Clapham and Wandsworth Common. Or we can jump on the train and head to Richmond Park. Choice is up to you, either way its going to be scenic, fun and you'll discover parts of London that you would not normally see.
