Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.

Exeter on your doorstep!

Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, just a short walk from the centre with all its shops, eateries and historic features. Or use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house.
