On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with 3 on-suite bathrooms. Also outside you can find a private pool, barbecue and a comfortable area to relax and having a panoramic view to the blue waters of the Ionian Sea.

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο του χωριού Καλαμίτσι. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και δύο καναπέδες που γίνονται κρεβάτι. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και επιπλωμένη κουζίνα όπου παρέχεται η δυνατότητα παρασκευής γευμάτων. Το σπίτι έχει όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (τηλεόραση, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, πολυκόφτης και πλυντήριο ρούχων).
