This is just 4 miles from the village of Hanna City. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 2 children.

The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

Hello friends! My name is Heather. I have a golden doodle , Piper, hence the name of this abode here:). It’s been a dream of mine for years as I love people & love to pamper them. (Piper loves people just as much as myself..☺️) My 2-story home is built right around 1900 . They will have the entire upstairs. The bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, full bathroom, walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a futon, and coffee bar which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, & kuerig.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
