First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress rollaway (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your use. Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Olive's Hideaway

Take a break and unwind at this cozy hideaway close to KU and Kansas City. Two bedrooms with one queen and one king, a pull out queen sofa bed and small room off the living room that can accommodate a twin mattress. One bathroom with bathtub/shower. Small kitchen stocked with what you might need to make yourself at home and contains a gas stove/oven and microwave. Able to do dishes the old fashioned way (no dishwasher). Plenty of towels and linens. Come enjoy the small town of Eudora!
