We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the train to Boston, The Governor’s Academy and many outdoor recreational opportunities, the unit overlooks the Parker River and the Great Marsh. Conveniently located, less than an 8-minute ride from downtown Salem. Please note: There is a separate Airbnb unit located upstairs in the main house, with its own private entrance. You will not have any direct interaction with other guests, but you will occasionally hear some noise from the other unit.

Ours is a cozy, 2 bedroom & living room suite in an antique garden cottage with private bath and entrance and on site parking. It is attached to our home but is a separate private space with no shared living areas and its own patio English Garden. It is situated on 2 floors (bathroom upstairs). It is a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. The suite has a small breakfast table, microwave, minifrig, Keurig, electric kettle & toaster, but not a full kitchen.
