If you do not want to drive it is a 2 block walk to the train that can take you right downtown, Canalside or the Keybank Center (Sabres Arena) . Located right off the 33 so minutes to the airport , downtown and about 20 minutes to Niagara Falls and 20 to Highmark Stadium.

I have several stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. PARKING: Street parking in Spring/Summer/Fall. Parking behind the house in winter. Please, the driveway is only for loading and unloading. I ask that you please don’t block the driveway or block the entry door. Thank you.
