You will have a private 15 acres of land to explore with a lot of space for outdoor activities. (ie:fishing, hiking, campfires)

Horse country stay near multiple trailheads

This apartment has one queen bed and also a queen air mattress if needed. A full bath with shower, and kitchen. This is on a working horse/cow ranch and we do have stalls for boarding. We have dogs, chickens, peacocks, horses, and cows. Enjoy the view of our peacocks outside the patio door for a unique experience. Private entrance with keypad entry. Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.

Stay in our 1927 Caboose. It has everything you need for your trip. You will have free Wi-Fi to cozy up on the couch or sip free coffee/ tea outside around the fire. Play with the goats, feed the chickens and pig, or pet the horse. 5 minutes to a Winery, within 30 miles to 3 Casinos, 31 miles to Buc-ee's, and a little over an hour to Dallas. This one a kind Hobbit Treehouse is nestled high in the trees overlooking Bingham Creek in Forestburg, Texas. The unique features both inside and out will amaze you. Rest and relaxation are on the horizon during your stay. You will enjoy the outdoor living space for gathering with friends or family around the fire pit under the stars or around the table under the treehouse. Wine Street Bungalow

Beautifully remodeled small cottage in central Gainesville, TX. Non connected house with central hvac, washer/dryer, free wifi, big screen television and outside private deck/porch for lounging. The finishings and design of the house are beautiful. The house is located behind the main house at 1400 Jean Street, but has its own private off street parking. Absolutely NO...NO...smoking and vaping in the house.
