Située dans un vallon verdoyant, au milieu de jardins d'agrément, c'est une maison individuelle (80m²) récemment restaurée, dans le respect de l'habitat rural typique du Cotentin . Idéalement situé au nord de la presqu'île du Cotentin, il vous permettra de profiter des nombreuses plages et des chemins de randonnée, de goûter les plaisirs de la pêche à pied ou des marchés locaux. La terrasse aménagée vous invitera au farniente ou à la lecture.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

We offer a quirky room close to beaches and amenities in the beautiful Parish of St Brelade. Perfect for 2 adults looking to explore Jersey . We can accommodate up to one child (sofa bed in sitting area). The accommodation is completely private to the main house. The room has a mezzanine level with a double bed. On the bottom level is a small sitting area and a bathroom with Power-shower. We are on the most regular bus route so it is very easy to get around. Parking is available.

Il parait qu'après avoir dormi dans des draps en lin on ne s'en passe plus. Sa luminosité et son isolation phonique la rendent particulièrement très agréable aussi en plein hiver.
