Bahnhof, Musiktheater, Hauptplatz, Einkaufsmeile, Museen uvm. sind fußläufig erreichbar sowie das Naherholungsgebiet Bauernbergpark!

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Vom Balkon blickst du ins Naturschutzgebiet und hast direkten Zugang zur großen Rodl. Im Obergeschoss findest du gemütliche Schlafplätze. Kulturelle Veranstaltungen wie Musiktheater, Ausstellungen und Museen sowie Stadtführungen sind in 15 Autominuten erreichbar.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
