Private entrance. The “Lair" is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not intended for children. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, and numerous favorite restaurants and shops within blocks. You can LEAVE YOUR CAR at home and still have an amazing vacation!

Restaurants, live music, and quaint shops line nearby Highway 101. The large tropical garden has walking paths and seating areas perfect to relax in. The property is a true oasis! The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
