The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge/ nespresso machine/toaster and breakfast provided in the room. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. The Beehive catches the evening sun in the garden; perfect for relaxing in the hanging chair. Smart TV, fast wifi, key box entry.

Nestled in the little village of Nutbourne close to the pretty historic fishing villages of Emsworth and Bosham and the Roman City of Chichester. We are just a 10 min drive to Goodwood and 15 minutes to Historic Portsmouth and the beautiful award winning beaches of West Witterings. One night stays sometimes possible, on request only.

A lovely 3 bedroom cottage, believed to date from the 18th century, with enclosed private garden and own parking for 2 cars. A 5 minute walk to the quay, numerous independent cafes and restaurants, all within a short stroll. Fantastic area to explore with beautiful views of Chichester harbour and the estuary. Great for walking with abundant bird life. Two double bedrooms and one twin room. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.

There are numerous seaside walks, opportunities for sailing or just taking it easy. Chichester is approx 8 miles to the east and Portsmouth about the same distance to the west. Both easily reached by car, or buses which run through the village.
