Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

És una casa adosada amb jardí privat al centre del poble. La casa és petita però amb molt d'encant. A la planta baixa hi ha un rebedor, una sala d'estar-menjador amb cuina oberta, un bany simple i una habitació per la rentadora. Desde planta baixa s'accedeix a un jardí privat on pendre el sol i relaxar-te i on pots disposar d'una petita barbacoa. A la primera planta hi ha un bany complert, una habitació doble amb llit-niu i una habitació doble amb llit de matrimoni amb un vestidor-despatx.

Maison à deux étages avec un petit balcon donnant sur la rue à une pièce de chaque étage; La rue de l'Egalité est une rue typique du quartier pittoresque du Mouré, calme , conviviale , sans voitures et si proche de la plage qu'on peut y aller serviette sur l'épaule !

Escapada relajante en medio de la naturaleza, rodeados de bosque y montañas. Es ideal para desconectar de la rutina diaria y disfrutar de preciosas vistas. ( El Montseny, Les Guilleries ...). Hay un parque a dos minutos , una tabla de ping pong y una pista poliesportiva, también hay una piscina pública de temporada a dos minutos de la casa. En la zona se puede hacer excursiones a pie, en bicicleta. También se puede alquilar bicicleta eléctrica y hacer Cayac en el pantano de Sau.

La casa tiene gran amplitud, es muy luminosa y en el jardín junto con la piscina se puede disfrutar de unas impresionantes vistas. Su estratégica localización permite, en pocos minutos, llegar al río para darse un baño, disfrutar de un agradable paseo por el bici-carril o perderse por la Fageda d'en Jordà.
