There are sheep and plenty of wildlife - kangaroos, wombats and echnidas. With a fully equipped kitchen, and open plan dining and living areas, every window is appointed to capture the views. Large entertaining deck with outdoor dining table and fire pit. The property also boasts a tennis court with basketball ring.

Our area is home to an abundance of nature, from kangaroos to echidnas to wombats.

This self-contained studio on Dja Dja Wurrung Country is tucked below our house. It's a totally separate and private space, air conditioned, double glazed and with its own off-street parking and access. It is within walking distance to the town centre, The Mill Complex, The Bridge Hotel and the Botanic Gardens; and just a 7 min walk up the hill from the railway station. Enjoy fabulous views to the east from the lounge, bedroom and your private balcony across the town to Leanganook.

A walking track is at the door for a lovely walk to Wesley hill Saturday market or continue on to explore nearby Castlemaine with it's wonderful Architecture and vibrant café and arts culture. Red Brick Barn is an eclectic mix of European and Early Australian antiques, including French Industrial Furniture and Lighting, Turkish Kilims from Anatolia and rare "Depression" pieces.

Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.
