You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

The smaller Cherry Bend Country Home located right next door to the large Cherry Bend Home and it is also located in beautiful Leelanau County. 2.5 miles from West Grand Traverse Bay and across the street from the TART trail which leads North to Suttons Bay and South to the exciting beaches and restaurants of Traverse City. we are 4 miles from down town T.C. and have many wineries in the area. My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
