For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Access the Gulf of Mexico and Homosassa Springs. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $50 additional pet fee per stay.

Waterfront - Kayak to Springs with manatees !

This property is on a freshwater canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak/boat, even swim to the springs in < 5 minutes. 2 kayaks plus a paddle board are on site. Fort Island Gulf Beach is a 10-15 min drive. Home was built in 2019 so everything is relatively new (AC, roof, kitchen, appliances). There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs that is intended to sleep lots of children. Ideal set up is 3 couples downstairs 5 kids upstairs. Plenty of parking!
