Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Wood House

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. The interior is fresh and new including more unique touches and modern amenities. These elements give the house a distinct personality, blending contemporary aesthetics with a rich and eclectic feel. Enjoy your stay in Ellensburg in this 300sq ft cozy & modern TINY home. Settled right on the John Wayne trail, it’s just minutes from all the Ellensburg activities yet very quiet and peaceful. With two upper lofts to accommodate three guests, you’ll feel right at home here! A stocked kitchen, coffee corner, comfy beds - it’s the perfect spot 👌 *No smoking or vaping on property. No bonfires at all.* This is a TINY home, so it is a small space. Please be aware of that before booking :)

Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

Welcome to the Pinehaus! Nestled amongst the woods, on almost 4 acres, this cabin was designed to be a luxurious oasis to relax and recharge, a one of a kind experience. The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

The Tumbleweed House

The former art studio of Louis Kollmeyer still holds the artist's charm and creativity but updated for your stay in our rodeo city. Tumbleweed House aims to share with you the creative and western roots of Ellensburg. With multiple sleeping options, this can be a cozy getaway for two, a family retreat or a place to hang with friends. There's a fully outfitted kitchen and a washer/dryer for longer stays. Walking distance to downtown, Rodeo and Fairgrounds, CWU and the hospital.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away.
