Come visit our historic 1887 train depot-this beautiful building has undergone a full-force renovation for guests to create memories to last a life time. The Depot is two stories w/ 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second story. The spacious dining room, kitchen and living room are open concept to enjoy easy entertaining & conversation, whether it be a bridal shower or hunting crew! A great place for large groups, with access to heated dog kennels and wild game cleaning shed.

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Large Laundry room, 150 ft to 8 acre tree belt with a lot of wild life passing through. Landscaping needs to be done this spring.

This house is located in South Central ND. $75.00 per person per night. It's set up for the perfect outdoorsman with prime upland hunting, waterfowl hunting, fishing year round. It is dog friendly. The house can easily accommodate 6 people comfortably with room for more with use of sleeper sofas. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for meals including a slow cooker. It has 2 cleaning stations with freezers. A large heated area in the detached garage for gear and equipment storage.

Foster House - A Gathering Place

The historic Foster House is one of the oldest homes in Oakes. The Foster House was built by a doctor in the late 1800s and the basement was used as an office for his practice. Later in the 40's the house was purchased by A.O. Foster, the owner of the first car dealership in Oakes as well as a gas station. Today, the restored Foster House is the perfect place to host meetings, parties, reunions, family gatherings or make yourself at home on a vacation or hunting trip. Pet Friendly, Free WiFi

This colorful, hotel room-like apartment is all brand new. Located on the second floor of a historic downtown building, you will be close to restaurants, businesses and anything in town. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area.
