Lake Nockamixon: 10miles, Doylestown: 13miles & New Hope: 22miles. We are about 1 hour from Philadelphia & the Pocono Mountains. We are very close to the DE river, NYC, PHILLY, NEW HOPE, BETHLEHEM and DOYLESTOWN. There is great food in all directions! You can access all the Parks hiking trails 2 minutes from the house. There is also a fire pit outback for winter months. Also, if you have a wedding the Lake House Inn is about 3 minutes by car across the lake.

Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.
