A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

Our home is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, eco home that does not compromise on modern luxuries. This solar-powered slice of paradise is a two-minute walk from the renowned Asuchillo beach and a one-minute walk from the community pool, lounge and new Mexican restaurant at the pool lounge.
