This house is perfect for any traveler looking for tranquility, lots of green nature and at the same time proximity to Puerto Banus, Puente Romano and Marbella. The house opens its doors in September 2023 after a major reform from which a very elegant, spacious and comfortable design house emerged. A very nice and spacious town house in a gated community with a beautiful swimming pool. Ideal for a nice family holiday! The house is located 750meters from the beach and has a supermarket, shops and many restaurants on walking distance. Marbella and Estepona are 14 minutes by car. Plenty of Padel, tennis and Golf courses in the neighborhood. The beautiful house which was completely renovated (including air conditioning) is located on a gated urbanization with its own tennis court!
