Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

A cozy four-season treehouse, centrally located in the heart of the Lakes Region, situated 12 feet in the trees equipped with a kitchenette, small bathroom, WIFI and cozy places to sit to read a book or lounge about. Crafted with a mix of new and reclaimed materials, offering a lot of natural light. Everywhere you look you can get a peak of the skies and foliage. A few minute walk to the private community beach or snowmobile trails for hiking, or all your winter activities.

Modern and spacious home located in a rural area of southern Maine. The capacity of the house is 6 total. With a private deck and hot tub, a short drive to public boat launch and beach and xc skiing/snowshoeing/ and snowmobiling nearby in the winter, this is a great year round destination! With a modern. fully equipped kitchen connecting to an open floor plan living and dining room, lots of windows to the wooded outside it's a relaxing and easy place to spend time!

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Location and Amenities! 10 min from Gunstock, couple hundred yards from the Lake, 50 yards from Gilford concert stage and the back entrance. Access to Barefoot Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee, outdoor pool, tennis courts, grill high speed WiFi and more. 1 Bedroom studio and a pull out couch, sleeps 4 comfortably. Large bathroom and shower. This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
