Sandy feet retreat Caister-on-Sea is a brand new bungalow finished September 2020, unlike most holiday lets this has been specifically built and designed for all your holiday needs. We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Only 1 minute from the beach, our super cosy annex is ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast & enjoying the quieter autumn coastline. 3 great pubs are walking distance, all serving food. Visit the beachside coffee hut, browse the Ferini Art Gallery, catch a show at the Seagull Theatre, or see the 12th century church with its resident sheep. Enjoy fish and chips with a sea view, or take a short drive to Southwold (12 minutes) or Africa Alive Zoo (7 minutes). Private parking and easy A12 access.

I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Cottage on the beach

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.
