A vintage shepherd's hut nestling in the heart of the Somerset levels, which has been sympathetically restored outside and modernised inside. Sleep under the stars (cloud cover providing!) and wake to a chorus of bird song. During the day, you could cycle or birdwatch on the Levels; fish; hit the beach (just 5 miles away); visit Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar Gorge; or outlet shop at Clarke’s Village. Finish the day with a BBQ, or sitting around the fire pit or in the hot tub as the sun goes down.

All with double beds and wardrobe space. Outside there is a private courtyard at the back of barn & a patio area with table and chairs at the front.

Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Nestled in a traditional Somerset orchard, our beautiful hand-carved, 'bee-spoke' off grid shepherds hut is a unique back-to nature hideaway. This is the perfect opportunity to get away from it all, do a digital detox, unwind and relax in pure linen sheets. Listen to bird song, the buzzing of the bees, watch a passing deer, or just sit by the fire-pit gazing at the stars. Bathroom hut has hot shower & compost loo. This is a beautiful area to explore on the edge of the Somerset Levels.

Secured access to an outside balcony area with garden seating. To the front of the cottage there is private parking for 2 cars.
