A self-contained annex for 2 in a village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Two great village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

The Old Bakery Blue Room. Ottery St. Mary.

The Blue Room is in what was an old bakery, now pottery, on Paternoster row, in the ancient Devon town of Ottery St. Mary. One antique double bed., The sea at Sidmouth is about six miles away. Glorious countryside, walking cycling, antique hunting and just relaxing. Loads of places to explore, Pubs and Inns to find, Ancient Mediaeval Church, Famous Poet and the Burning Tar barrels. We now have a Beaver family creating great interest on the river Otter. There is a safe pace to keep bicycles.

Perfect for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Somerset Levels. Your own private entrance, a comfy lounge with open fire and a separate sitting room with a wood burning stove. Your staircase leads to a working area and your private bathroom & bedroom. The gardens are beautifully maintained & fully available. At dusk you may even see the badgers who live in the meadow. The area is surrounded by amazing country pubs, restaurants, walks & cycle routes with country houses & wildlife sanctuaries.

The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own private en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There is more accommodation contained within West House Cottage opposite and beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking, animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.

Paddock View - Single story barn conversion

Over looking open countryside, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well deserved break . Open plan living space with wood burner, Smart TV and patio doors leading to garden. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher . Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.
