LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

Welcome to Red Bluff House. Our family home was designed and built by us in 2016 and is a certified Passiv-Haus. We love the large open-plan living which is perfect for entertaining and get-togethers. The large patio area and garden are great for relaxing at home, having BBQ’s or just to enjoy the countryside. You won't be short of amenities here or things to do, there is space for everyone. Our house is a great base to explore many tourist destinations such as Stonehenge and Winchester.

Close to well-known towns and cities including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and Marlborough, it is just 12 miles from Stonehenge, as well as providing easy access to fly fishing on Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams.

Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

Warren Lodge - Self Contained Annexe

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

Scandi style house in beautiful Hampshire Village

We live in one of the best villages in the Test Valley. Amport has a great pub and village green with playpark, church, riding stables, beautiful countryside walks all within walking distance from our home. The Hawk Conservancy, Lains shooting school and Thruxton racecourse are 5 minutes away. Stockbridge with all it's shops, galleries, restaurants is a 20 minute drive. Winchester, Salisbury, Stonehenge are all within a 30 minute drive for you to explore…or just relax at the house.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.
