The main level features a full kitchen, living & dining areas, a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom with a king bed & a full size washer and dryer. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. The Kenai River Suite is newly constructed and on the lower floor of a two unit split entry house. This beautiful unit is just being finished. More pictures to follow of kitchen, living room, dining area. Turnagain is a quiet residential area near the Anchorage International Airport and Lake Hood, a major floatplane base. Along Cook Inlet, joggers and cyclists use the Tony Knowles Coast, while large Earthquake Park has hills shaped by a major 1964 earthquake, plus wooded trails.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.
