Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Beautiful self-contained lodge in the glorious garden of a Georgian Country House. Five minutes walk to the small market town of Bishops Waltham, with shops, restaurants and pubs. Surrounded by stunning countryside, on the edge of the South Downs, with wonderful walks from the house. Open plan kitchen-dining area & lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs plus separate downstairs shower room. Sunny patio area with table and chairs & Weber bbq, perfect for watching the sun go down.

Chic Country Barn w/Hot Tub & Fire Pit- Sleeps 8

The Main Barn is a four bedroom property with underfloor heating and a spectacular mezzanine floor. Outside there is a private garden area with a six person hot tub alongside a fire pit. Inside, the open plan kitchen-dining area has a log burner, feature TV wall, flower wall and a spiral staircase leading up to the mezzanine which has an additional seating area and TV as well kids games corner. The development of the project started in October 2020 and was completed in March 2021.

Durley - secluded private 1 bed apartment

The flat is a self-contained one bedroom first floor apartment located in the quiet and picturesque village of Durley. It is above the garage block beside the owners' property situated on the first floor, accessed via its own front door. Durley is only 10 minutes from junction 7 of the M27, or 15 minutes from the M3 and a great central location situated roughly halfway between the cities of Southampton and Winchester yet only 30 minutes from the New Forest.

River Rose Retreat Shepherds Hut, view and hot tub

River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.

The Cottage in Compton

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!
