I live upstairs, but you have the entire bottom level, with a private entrance. 15 minutes to Duke University Campus, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurant options nearby.

Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
