Family Room

This is an off grid property with hybrid power system. "Family Room" is a private space in upstairs of home w/ locking door. Guests share living/dining/kitchen & main bath, located downstairs. This is a cozy spot with vaulted ceilings/sky lights trimmed in pine .One half of area is 2 sleeping rooms with pocket doors into large room. Full bed/dresser furnish 1- twin bed/dresser in other. 3 twin beds in the open room allow easy accommodation of six guests. Private half bath just outside your room.

The "Bunkhouse"

Leave your cares behind and stay at the rustic "bunkhouse" with the comforts of home, nestled in the tall pines. The bunkhouse is attached to a barn on our 65 acre ranch adjacent to BLM National Forest with access to hiking trails. Located just behind the main house with your own entry gate access and fenced- in parking area, the owners live on-premises yet extend to you the privacy you desire or assistance you need. Located 5 miles east of Bayfield, halfway between Pagosa Springs & Durango.

Ranch Get Away - Solitude and Nature

Our rustic ranch home is comfortable and encourages relaxation. There are 3 separate sleeping quarters, all with queen beds, should you have more than 6 guests you can request an air mattress for up to 2 more people our max is 8 people. There is space enough in the loft for another mattress. Children are welcome but the home and grounds are not child proofed. The 1 bathroom has combo shower/bath tub.

Circle K Ranch - Motel Room 1-John Wayne (Basic Room)

Sitting close to the Dolores river and surrounded by tall pines, this room sleeps up to 4, with two queen beds.  Each of our 8 standard rooms is decorated with its own individual theme.  All rooms have private baths with shower, mini fridge and coffee maker.

Circle K Ranch - Deluxe Riverside Cabin 1

This Deluxe Riverside Cabin is furnished with upgraded leather furnishings and tastefully decorated with a bear theme. It is located right along The Dolores River with a deck where you can relax, go fishing and enjoy the sounds of the Dolores River.

Circle K Ranch - Mountain View Cabin

This cabin has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full size sofa hide-a-bed. One full bath and fully furnished kitchen. Bed linens and towels furnished. Very Nice! Short walk to river. Sleeps up to 4 people.
