The property consists of four flats each with its own individual access and entrance. Cragowlet House East possesses magnificent views of the confluence of Loch Long and The River Clyde and beyond to Cowal peninsula and the isle of Arran. My cottage is situated in the heart of the conservation village of Houston which boasts several good pubs and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Only 10 minutes from Glasgow airport and 20 minutes to Glasgow city centre means it would suit both business persons or tourists alike. My place is ideal for those wishing to explore the Clyde coast and nearby islands of Bute, Cumbrae and Arran. In addition Loch Lomond is a mere thirty minutes drive away.
