We have wonderful walks on the doorstep, a short drive away is the market town of Romsey with its shops, cafes and Broadlands Estate. Paultons Park with Peppa Pig world a 15 minute drive. Also Stockbridge, the stunning New Forest National Park and the beaches of the south coast, Winchester and Stonehenge are great nearby places to visit.

An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. No4, Railway Cottage was originally home to the local railway workers and now offers cosy comfortable accommodation, with lovely views across open fields and a wonderful private, sunny garden for lazy afternoons and al fresco dining. The garden is a particular attraction, providing various areas for relaxing, including a small fruit orchard, part of which is kept as a wildflower meadow. The cottage is primarily set up for 4 guests but possible to sleep 6 by using sofa-bed in dining room.

Elgin Cottage is a 16th century mid terraced home situated in the heart of Whiteparish. Beautifully presented and newly refurbished, this rustic cottage has stunning original features. With a log burner in the reception room which also has space to dine, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded rear garden, laundry area with washing machine and separate drier, a study area with desk, high speed WIFI, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

This airy and comfortable detached bungalow is within our wonderfully rural and peaceful garden, at the end of a private drive near Stockbridge. Its view is over a stream of the River Test to a field with sheep, cows and chickens, and it has its own patio. Horsebridge is a hamlet with a pub, close to where the Test Way and Clarendon Way cross; both are perfect for walkers and cyclists. Salisbury, Winchester, Southampton and Stonehenge are all but a short drive away.
