Electric gate access Child friendly front area 3 Parking spots Sunny back garden with decking, BBQ and trampoline. 3 parks, playground and heritage sites in locality. Getting around 1 min walk to the village with plenty of places to eat and drink. 5 min walk to beach. 5 mins walk to train station, where the scenic northbound DART will bring you along the coast, through the city centre and out to North Dublin. Southbound DART out to Greystones. 3 mins walk to bus stop 40 mins to Dublin Airport.

Happy home ! 5.5 miles south Dublin !

My house is three floors with 2 comfortable bedrooms; one overlooking character garden. The only animals about the place are wild foxes + birds. The rooms, including bathroom, are clean, bright + subtly stylish. It is generally quiet, creative + sociable. Close to regular busses 46A/145 - c.35 mins to city. From €88/night for the first two guests, whether or not you use one or two rooms. Extra guests €35/night (i.e. each subsequent guest > 3rd, 4th etc.) Self-service breakfast included.
