We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. Tucked away at the end of a private lane, this country charmer is surrounded by forest on 3 sides, with hot tub, wood-fired pizza oven, year round fire pit & priv. walking trail. F’ton area shops and restaurants-18 min. away. Close to Mactaquac Prov.Park with hiking, and lots to do when the snow comes! We are a half hour away from Crabbe Mtn. for skiing, then come back and relax in the hot tub & roast marshmallows! Pet friendly. Now has generator for power outages. This is a rural location.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.
