Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

Hike up beautiful House Mountain and look down on the cabin from the lookout rock at the top. You won’t want to leave!

This is your 1940s mountain home for ATV's rider's. It is 3 bedrooms/2 bath. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit (2 minutes) and to Tackett (little over 10 minutes). You'll enjoy the little restaurant across the street for breakfast & lunch. Additionally, there is ample parking on the property. This is 1 of 4 homes so we can accommodate all group sizes. Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Dog-friendly home built in 2010 on a peaceful and remote location that overlooks Norris Lake (just 35 minutes north of Knoxville), with a view to the Cumberland Mountains. Sleeps 5 who are seeking peace, quiet, and tranquility. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until early October.
