This is a newly remodeled 5 BR, 2 bath, Century family farmhouse located on 162 acres in rural Huntingdon county in south central Penna. We are minutes from where you can launch kayaks and fish on the Aughwick Creek. It is24.4 miles from Lake Raystown and dam in Entrekin, Pa. This is a source of boating, camping, fishing and water sports. It is 64.5 miles from Penn State Beaver Stadium in State College, Pa. There are many nearby tourist attractions and areas for hiking and biking trails.

Adorable one-bedroom apartment with separate entrance. Located 10 minutes from downtown Chambersburg. Whether its historical sight-seeing, culturally diverse restaurants, or local craft beer, there is plenty to see and do in this area. Built in 2021, this apartment is on the lower level of our custom built home. It also has a treadmill in the gym. We live upstairs with our two children and two dogs. We maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Pet friendly, No smoking, No parties.

WiFi is available. If you like old trains Eastbroad Top Railroad is close. Small town. Couple restaurants, old fashion ice cream shop, bank, Mini Mart and more. Raystown Lake is 30 mins. away. Thousand Steps for hikers. If you like hunting State Game Land is real close. Hunters are Welcome.

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

This historic home on 130 acres of farmland presents bed/bathrooms on the first and second levels and relaxing living space for all guests. Multiple work areas are equipped to offer you a desk and comfortable chair - boasting picturesque scenes. A large bright room, seating 35 attendees, is also available for hosting special events.

Foot of the Mountain Cottage

History of the cottage: Built in 1998 as a gift shop selling Boyd's Bears, and other home décor, We were ranked one of the top Boyd's sellers in the country. Once we closed the shop, it has been renovated to a rental space. We want it to be a place people can come partake in our beautiful views, see wildlife & enjoy a quiet environment. The Cottage is located adjacent to our home but still give privacy to enjoy the location.
