We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. The backyard features a fire pit and comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning hill country sunsets surrounded by song birds, bunny rabbits, and deer. The area feels much more remote than it is. Peace & quiet in nature is the main draw here at our sanctuary.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a working ranch. Built in the late 1800's. Immigrant family homestead. The Indians use to meet under the large oak trees in the front yard. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.

You will most likely wake up to birds chirping and see hawks, blue jays and cardinals among others. Maybe deer too if you're lucky.
