Di facile accesso dai parcheggi data l'assenza di gradini lungo tutto il percorso sino al piano terreno. Dotato di tutti i comfort per immergesi nell'atmosfera del luogo trascorrendo un periodo sereno e tranquillo sulle prime colline di Dozza. Il mio desiderio è di farvi sentire come a casa. La casa può ospitare fino a 6 adulti e sarà a vostro uso esclusivo con il grande giardino recintato. Al piano terra, grande cucina e ampio salone oltre a lavanderia ed un bagno. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!
