This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.

The Little House - NO CLEANING FEE

The Little House is a small 2-room former caretaker cottage. It includes a bedroom/kitchen/sitting room and a bath. The kitchen includes a hot plate, refrigerator, and a combination convection oven/toaster/air fryer. Heating and cooling is with a super quiet mini-split heat pump. The bed is a double size with a super comfortable CoolGel mattress.
