There are beautiful sea views from the lounge. Downstairs is the bedroom....A door takes you to your private balcony overlooking the sea.

Its a 5 minute walk to the dog friendly beaches of Downderry and Seaton, a community shop at the end of the road/5 minute walk, restaurant/cafes and pubs. It’s a short drive to local fishing villages such as Looe, Polperro and Crafthole. Numerous beaches accessible along the coastal path or by car such as Kingsand, Cawsand, Looe, Seaton and Whitsand Bay.

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
