Nicer Days at Douglas lake

Bring the whole family and enjoy the lake at nicer days. This is a family friendly community with lake access and a boat ramp. We have a shared dock. The house comes with a personal dock slip for one boat or 2 jet skies. If you bring your boat take it to the pubic boat ramp to dock it. It is located at the end of Dover Lane, then turn right. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath new house built in 2023. Sleeps 6 people max Master bedroom has king bed Bedroom 2 has queen Kids room bunk bed full/twin

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.
